90-Day Phone Case Warranty
All Melocase phone cases include a 90-day warranty covering manufacturing-related issues, including cracks, breaks, structural damage, and faulty manufacturing.
If your case becomes damaged within 90 days, we’ll replace it free of charge with standard delivery.

What’s Not Included
The following are not covered under the 90-day warranty: damage to screen protectors, wear and tear caused by misuse, intentional damage, or lost items.
Please note that screen protectors are not covered under the warranty.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Used phone cases, used screen protectors, and hygienic items such as chargers or cables once opened cannot be returned.
