📦 Do the phone cases come with a screen protector?
Yes. Every phone case includes a free screen protector.
You don’t need to buy one separately — it’s already included for convenience and full protection.
🚚 How fast is delivery?
We aim to deliver as early as the next day for UK orders.
No long waiting times or high delivery fees.
📱 What phone models do you support?
We currently support the latest iPhone models, including:
- iPhone 17
- iPhone 17 Pro
- iPhone 17 Pro Max
- iPhone 17 Air
More models will be added soon.
We test every case first to make sure the fit and protection are correct before making it available.
🔒 Are your cases good quality?
Yes. All Melocase products are tested for:
Shock absorption
Durability
Anti-yellowing clarity (for clear cases)
Proper fit and button response
We only sell products we personally use and trust.
🛡️ Do your products have a warranty?
Yes. All cases come with a 90-Day Case Warranty.
If your case becomes damaged under normal use within 90 days, we’ll replace it.
Please note: The warranty applies to phone cases only, not screen protectors or accessories.
🔌 Do you sell chargers and adapters?
Yes. We offer high-quality 20W power adapters as an optional add-on.
♻️ What is your return policy?
Unused and unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
